Our Booking Process
Clear steps from first conversation to final documents — so you always know what’s next and who to contact.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
You complete our trip inquiry form or reach out directly. We collect basics like dates, destination ideas, budget range, and who’s traveling.
Step 2: Clarify Goals
We review your information and may ask a few follow-up questions so we understand what a “good trip” looks like for you — pace, comfort level, must-haves, and deal-breakers.
Step 3: Research & Shortlist
We research options that align with your criteria and narrow it down to a realistic shortlist. You’re not overwhelmed with dozens of links — you get a manageable set of choices.
Step 4: Review Options
We walk through the options with you — cruise lines, itineraries, resorts, room categories, and approximate pricing. You can ask questions and talk through trade-offs.
Step 5: Confirm & Book
Once you choose an option, we secure the reservation with the supplier, confirm deposits and payment dates, and send you a summary with key terms and deadlines.
Step 6: Pre-Travel Support
Before departure we assist with online check-in, document reminders, and general travel questions — especially for first-time cruisers or resort guests.

Planning Fees & Transparency
For most cruise and all-inclusive bookings, there is no separate planning fee — we’re compensated by the supplier. For highly custom, multi-stop itineraries, a planning retainer may apply. If that is the case for your trip, we will discuss it with you upfront before any work begins.
