Design & Options
We research and assemble a small set of options that fit your goals. You’ll see clear comparisons—not a confusing spreadsheet of every possible choice.
Refine & Confirm
We adjust based on your feedback—swap dates, ships, room types, or itineraries as needed. Once you’re comfortable, we move forward with booking.
Booking & Payments
We secure your reservation, walk you through payment timelines, and coordinate with suppliers through our Gateway Travel partnership. You’ll know exactly what’s due and when.
Documents & Prep
We provide confirmation details, booking numbers, and relevant instructions, such as online check-in windows, travel document requirements, and key dates.
Travel & Support
While you travel, we remain a support resource. If plans change or issues arise, you have a point of contact who knows your trip and your preferences.
Planning Fees & Transparency
Most of the time, our compensation comes from travel suppliers, not by adding hidden fees to your trip. For more complex or time-intensive itineraries—especially multi-city or large group travel—a planning fee may apply.
If a fee is appropriate for your situation, we will clearly outline it before any work begins—so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
